Submission Guidelines

Paper submission
Submitted papers must be unpublished and not considered elsewhere for publication. Papers will be selected based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation.

Papers should be limited to a maximum of 8 pages in the IEEE conference proceedings format .

Authors do not need to add the copyright line in their file at the footer. IEEE will add it after Camera Ready. Submitted papers will undergo a peer review process, coordinated by the International Program Committee. Although we accept submissions in the form of PDF, PS, and DOC/RTF files, you are strongly encouraged to generate a PDF version for your paper before submitting it.

Paper Publication
At least one of the authors must register and present the paper, if accepted. Registered and presented papers will be included in the Workshop Proceedings published by IEEE. They will also be invited to be expanded and submitted for possible publication in an International Journal special issue.
